# Get fee by ID

Returns the **single fee** matching `id` for the practice identified by `X-Practice-Id`. The identifier is the same `id` returned when listing fees.
If no fee exists for that practice and `id`, the API responds with **404**.

Endpoint: GET /fees/{id}
Version: 2026-01-01
Security: oauth2

## Security:

  - `oauth2` (unknown)
    oauth2 scopes: fee:read

## Path parameters:

  - `id` (string, required)
    Resource identifier to filter/find.

## Header parameters:

  - `X-Practice-Id` (string, required)
UUID of the **practice** in whose context the request is executed. The API
uses this to resolve data the caller is permitted to access for that practice.

## Response 200:

  - `200` (unknown)
    Full details for one fee.

## Response 200 fields (application/json):

  - `data` (object, required)
A **fee** is the price a practice charges for one treatment under one fee schedule, so the same treatment can cost different amounts on Private, a health provider, or a membership plan. Prices and appointment durations are exposed as five ordered `tiers` (quantities 1–4 and 5 or more) rather than flat `price_*` / `duration_*` fields.

  - `data.created_at` (string, required)
When the resource was created (UTC, ISO 8601) in UTC.
    Example: 2024-01-15T09:30:00Z

  - `data.updated_at` (string, required)
When the resource was last updated (UTC, ISO 8601) in UTC.
    Example: 2024-06-20T14:05:22Z

  - `data.id` (string, required)
    Unique identifier for the fee.
    Example: 3fa85f64-5717-4562-b3fc-2c963f66afa6

  - `data.payment_plan_id` (string, required)
The payment plan (fee schedule) id of the resource.
    Example: 3fa85f64-5717-4562-b3fc-2c963f66afa6

  - `data.treatment_id` (string, required)
The treatment id of the resource.
    Example: 3fa85f64-5717-4562-b3fc-2c963f66afa6

  - `data.is_multiple_pricing` (boolean, required)
When true, all five quantity-based pricing tiers are returned. When false, only the first tier (`quantity` 1 / `*_one` fields) is returned.
    Example: true

  - `data.tiers` (array, required)
Pricing tiers for quantities 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 (five or more), in that order. When `is_multiple_pricing` is true, all five tiers are included; when false, only the first tier is included.

  - `data.tiers.quantity` (integer, required)
The number of units this tier applies to. `5` means five or more.
    Example: 1

  - `data.tiers.price` (number, required)
    The price for this tier.
    Example: 55

  - `data.tiers.duration_minutes` (integer, required)
